越橘提取物
越橘（拉丁名Vaccinium Myrtillus L.），多年生落叶或常绿果树，灌木。主要产区分布在瑞典，芬兰，乌克兰等高寒地区。越橘果中富含花色苷类物质。早在二战期间，英国皇家飞行员就食用越橘以增强夜视能力。欧洲民间食用越橘以保护视力也已有百年历史。1965年，越橘增强视力、缓解视疲劳的功效使它作为膳食补充剂而进入市场。越橘提取物特指以生长在北欧瑞典和芬兰的越橘为原料，经过提取、分离、干燥而得到的富含花色苷的一种紫色的物质。
