Nylon 6 DTY
DTY(Draw Textured Yarn) is a stretched Textured Yarn, taking POY as the raw Yarn, and is stretched, false twisted on a elasticizer simultaneously. After deforming and heat setting it presents as a crimped Yarn.
DTY(Draw textured yarn) is a finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously stretched and deformed on a machine. DTY yarnis mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses.
Features of Nylon DTY
Fine fleeciness and elasticity.
DTY has periodic network points, improving the yarn tightness and the weaving performance. It can be divided into HIM, SIM, and NIM.
Equipment adopted: Japan TMT and Germany Barmag for producing; Uster tester, Oxford MQC NMRS for testing.
