How We Made Bamboo Dresses
We use eco friendly fabric for this womens bamboo dress.
Bamboo is produced wet process carbon disulfide, without the use of harmful chemicals. Two raw materials purchased through normal channels are traceable by means of trade certificates. The fabric blended of two eco-friendly ingredients, is smooth, silky feel and lustrous finish.
We use discharge print for this dress.
Unlike ordinary printing, discharge printing requires completely different dyes and printing techniques. CEF's supply chain has been supplying print knitted garments to the European market for over 10 years. Our mature team is able to control the product quality in SO, production and the finishing stage of fabric. And they also have Oeko-Tex 100 certification.
We adhere to a rigorous work process for this dress.
Shape of the dress is always a key factor in women's sales success. Our team takes this very seriously, and in order to make sure the model is perfect, we usually confirm samples with the customer several times. The professional factory will earnestly implement the confirmed version in the mass production, and the QC team will also help the factory to implement in each production link.68%
