Casing Scraper
The Casing Scraper is used to clean out the dirt which may be left over internal wall of casing, such as cement scale, sandy soil, embedded bullets, score mark, hard wax, various salt crystals or deposits, perforation burrs and iron oxide resulted from rusting, so as to keep the wall of casing clean and to lay down all downhole tools freely. Likewise, packers and other similar tools must have a clean junction surface.
The Casing Scraper is manufactured from a solid piece of heat treated steel. The scraper blades are fit into machined recesses and are securely held by a dovetail keeper and spacer. The scraper blades feature left hand helical grooves and are hardfaced for maximum service. There are sufficient blades in the body to completely scrape the inside wall of casing even without rotating the tool.
Standard connections on the Casing Scraper are API Reg., Box and Pin. Which allows the scraper to be installed between the bit and the bit sub. The bit is run below the scraper to serve as a guide and prevent plugging the circulation hole through the scraper.

Hydraulic Cutter (Casing Cutter)
This tool is lowered to a desired depth through the inner bore of the drill string to be cut. After mechanically anchored, it is pressurized to rotate to cut the drill string from inner to outside. With the advantages of simple operation and stable cutting, it is suitable for cutting different kinds of casing, oil tubing and drill pipe. If it is equipped with trip spear, cutting and recovering can be completed at the same time.
It is manufactured by our company is built to withstand extreme shock encountered in cutting multiple and decentralized casings. Due to the unique construction of this tool, the rugged cutter arms expand outward up to 5 times the diameter of the tool body and achieve maximum stability under all types of adverse cutting conditions, including hard spots, eccentricity, interrupted cuts, etc. For example, the 13-3/8” casing cutter measures only 11-3/4” diameter and is able to cut all ranges and weights of pipes through 60”.
