The OBL oil-fired assisted boiler takes use of pin tube in its convective heat-absorbing surface and installs the membrane water-cooled wall as its furnace wall, its steam capacity is 6.0t/h~20t/h. Such series boiler can be used a lot on oil tanker and chemical material ship etc. The steam output is used for the running of the steam turbine and the pump for goods loading and unloading, for heating the goods cabin ,for the places where more steam is needed.
Such series boiler uses pin-tube as the heat-transferring element, compared with other boilers, its heat-transferring elements are reduced a lot, and its cubage is smaller and more intense so that much cabin room area is saved. At the same time, this series boiler has a simple structure , its heat-transferring tubes are arranged parallevelly, as a result, the water circulates well here. The membrane water-cooled wall, whose quality is as good as the host boiler on the ship or the boiler in power plant, in the furnace is extremely firm. While the furnace is sealed off, it is suitable for burning with pressure.
