Basic design features1:Welded box boom for low maintenance. The design is stiff and rigid, with reduced flexibility, giving the operator a faster and more accurate positioning of the cargo.2:Fail-safe brakes on all movements.3:Fully enclosed and equipped drivers cabin with integrated heating.4:Dual pump system with separate hydraulic circuit for hoist and luffing/slewing to ensure efficient cargo handling.5:The variable speed hoist will automatically adjust to the highest possible speed for the appropriate load.Standard equipment1:Complete crane with necessary equipment according to requirements from specified Classification Society and Flag State to ensure safe operation.2:Pedestal of standard height ready for mounting and welding to vessel’s main steel structure.3:Electric starter equipment4:Flood lights mounted on jib5:Oil cooler for continuous use6:Limit switches for automatic stop of hook travel in top and bottom position7:Entire steel structure is made of certified steel and is sandblasted to Sa 2.5 prior to painting8:Full two-component epoxy/acrylic paint system of highest marine standard.
