45 degree silicone reducer hose
45 degree silicone reducer hose is engineered for a transition between two pipes with different sizes. Three types of silicone reducers are provided here: polyester reinforced, Nomex reinforced. Each of them has its own unique properties.
Polyester reinforced
45°reducer silicone hose with polyester reinforcement is very effective for carrying water, coolant, air. It is often used in cold sides of intercooler, turbo and intake components and piping.
Features:
Working temperature: 50℃ to +170℃ (-58℉ to 338℉);
UV and ozone resistant;
3 to 5-ply premium polyester fabric reinforced;
Silicone hose creates a barrier to loosen medium;
Available in black, red, blue.
Remark
Reducer silicone hose reinforced by polyester is NOT compatible with fuel or oil.

Nomex reinforced
Nomex reinforced silicone hose is notable for its higher working temperature high pressure. Compared to polyester reinforced conducer, its operating temperature can reach +220℃ (+428℉). 45 degree silicone reducer is frequently used in hot sides of turbo boost hoses and intercooler where other hoses fail.

Working temperature: -60℃ to 220℃ (-76℉ to +428℉);
3 - 5-ply Nomex reinforced configuration;
UV and ozone resistant;
High Flame-resistant;
Silicone hose creates a barrier to loosen medium;
Only available in black.
Remark: Silicone conducer reinforced by Nomex is NOT compatible with oils & fuel.
