CJ series
CJ series Gantry type CNC plate drilling machine
This machine is mainly composed of bed (worktable), gantry, hydraulic system, cooling system, auto-lubricating system, CNC system, electrical system and chip-conveyor etc.
Main Features:
a) One or more movable slides are equipped on the cross beam of gantry , which are guided by two liner roller guide pairs and driven by servo motor and precise roller screw .
b) Vertical CNC feeding drills are equipped , and drills are driven by special conversion motor . Stroke self-controlled drilling unit can make the drill approach work piece rapidly, when the drill touch the workpiece, it can change the feeding speed immediately to preset working speed automatically . After the hole is drilled through, the drill returns automatically and rapidly.
c) Heavy-load liner roller guide pairs are equipped on two sides of the machine worktable respectively. The longitudinal movement of the gantry's two sides is driven synchronously via AC servo motor and precise ball - screw .
d) Hydraulic system, to clamp and release the workpiece . Keep enough clamping force during drilling process.
e) The system, we adopt FAGOR CNC system, equipped with RS232 interface and LCD screen .
f) Programming software based on Windows platform with CAD connection, fast and convenient programming and visual preview. It can recognize the flange &plate automatically.
