Steel Plate Preservation Line
Steel descaled by this system can lengthen die life, improve burning, welding and machining operations, and provide the proper surface finish for the application of modern coatings.
It mainly used in the field of shipbuilding, locomotive, antiseptic project and bridge construction industries.
Structure:
1. In-and out-feed roller conveyor.
2. Pre-heater to heat up and dry incoming material.
3.Roller conveyorshotblastingmachine.
4. Spray booth to coat the freshly cleaned steel material with a layer of water or solvent-based primer to achieve a temporary corrosion protection.
5. Drying tunnel with slat conveyor to transport and dry the newly painted material and the continuous drying on the way to the exit of the tunnel.
