Impeller--Main part of high efficient blasting wheel is made of high quality low carbon alloy material with a special heat treatment process and then do dynamic balance detection, control cage,distributor,blades and liners are made of special wear resistant materials made, which has high wear-resistance and service life. Shell of blasting wheel adopts robot automatic welding. Bearing base is made of high quality carbon alloy steel,and produced by imported machining center,it is high machining precision. Bearing is choosing famous brand in China, ,accuracy is higher than the national standard 1-2 grades.As impeller of blasting wheel is processed by dynamic balance test and blades are weighed by each piece and forming group, thus delete the vibration of blasting wheel during working,reduce the noise of the whole equipment and purify the environment around.
