Multifunctional transmisson belt fatigue belt test machinery with torque
VNP-02B Multifunction V-belt fatigue test machinery with torque is designed and manufactured basing on pulley transmisson belt fatigue test machine with torque of German shore co.,ltd and combining with <Agriculture mechanical V-belt fatigue test method>、GB/T12735-2014、Joined narrow V-belt HG/T2819-2010、Joined classical V-velt、HG/T3745-2011、GB/T10821-2008<Agriculture Mechanical V-belt and poly-v belt>.Test procedure is controlled by PC,frequency converter and DC controller drives and regulate the speed of drive motor、driven motor respectively。The test meets requirement of 2 pulleys or 4 pulleys reverse bending fatigue test with torque in GB/T12735-2014<Agriculture mechanical V-belt fatigue test method>.
Main parts:machine body,drive pulley and motor of drive pulley,driven pulley and load motor,movable bearing of driven pulley,tension pulley 1 and movable bearing of tension pulley 1, tension pulley 2 and movable bearing of tension pulley 2,weight and pallet,speed sensor,displacement sensor,torque sensor,force sensor,electric controlling system,PC,display screen,printer.
