DB-EF Electric Hybrid Injection Molding Machine

Introduction

This is an hydraulic-electric hybrid injection moulding machine, with the characteristics of hydraulic mold closing and electric injection. Clamping force ranges from 265 tons to 585 tons for 4 models, the injection speed is up to 500mm/S. The clamping unit of this series has strong rigidity, big mold opening force, strong clamping capacity with stable, accurate, fast injection movement. Hybrid injection molding machines are different compared to standard hydraulic injection molding machines in that they use a servo motor coupled to a hydraulic pump to circulate the oil used to provide the hydraulic pressure which actuates the components of the machine. The use of a servo pump allows for continuous adjustments to the actual power requirements, low emissions, less noise, and energy savings.

The ball screw and bearing choose NSK from Japan, the pressure sensor choose Baumer from Switzerland, the servo motor choose Phase from Italy.

Excellent Plasticizing Effect

Using PP special high plasticizing screw, l/d ratio of 27:1.

Strict Standards

Template parallelism is less than 0.075mm/m, pull rod deflection rate is less than 2%.
