Lock stitch and standard stitch can be freely switched between automatically or manually by presetting the operation panel, offering you high-speed operation, a quieter working environment and economical efficiency! Main shaft clutch function (Patent pending) can realize the cording head works independently from the flat embroidery and work separately, this will reduce noise and also prolong life period of parts
M shaft clutch function will automatically detach M shaft while doing flat embroidery (patent pending), Independent cording head mending while other cording head stops rotation.
Cording head can combine with any other heads like flat head, sequin attachment, chenille embroidery and so on to become mixed special machine.
Working speed automatically controlling function: The computer of the embroidery machine will automatically control the stitch sewing speed according to the stitch length and specialty, flat and sequins embroidery speed is 800-850rpm at maximum, and cording/ coiling/zigzag embroidery speed is 600rpm at maximum, and taping stitch working speed is 500rpm at maximum. And working speed is real-time displayed on the computer.
Special Tape (Cord) Guide can be easily changed according to the type of material to be used：You can set up any different embroidery mode on the computer panel: for example: coiling embroidery, flat embroidery, zigzag embroidery, taping embroidery and so on. Zigzag, taping, cording，stereoscopic taping and coiling embroidery can be easily exchanged according to the type of material to be used, easy operation, only need to exchange the different guides .
Independent cording head mending: Head with thread breakage mending up embroidery independently, other heads remain no movement, M shaft stop for mending. (New)
Taping head pneumatic clutch: While thread break or taping roll finish, press the head switch to separate taping device and taping main shaft, this makes threading and changing of the taping roll easy. Switch will close before starting and taping device and main shaft will join automatically which increase efficiency dramatically.
Independent Zigzag device：Zigzag device is controlled by independent driving motor. The zigzag swing can be set up and controlled on the computer panel, and the zigzag stitch length can be adjusted from 4mm-10mm at will. The zigzag stitch length and speed can be set up according to the different coiling material, so to apply you high quality embroidery. Once zigzag work get finished, it will move to another side
Cording and zigzag stitch data can be set up at will: The stitch length can be set up on the computer panel according to the materials. The lower dead point can be set up to 3mm at max. And you can set up 6 kinds of zigzag stitches on the basis of flat embroidery data, so it is very easy to get zigzag stitches data.
Auto Select Mechanism of Stitching Methods Any combination of stitching methods using Taping (Cording), Coiling, Standard stitching, Zigzag sewing stitching can be selected easily on the Operation Panel.
