The self-tipping spiral dough mixer is suitable for the continuous big-scale production line,can save the labor who take the dough out of bowl. This is the special design which can lift bowl automatically.

(1) Heavy and strong painted steel feet to fix the dough mixer on ground stably.
(2) All parts touched food are stainless steel, The mixing bowl made of food-grade stainless steel, Center pole and hook adopts the 630 food-grade stainless steel.
(3) Two independent motors for spiral and bowl.
(4) The control panel are double model: digital and manual, can avoid the suspending work due to the panel broken, to improve the work efficiency greatly.
(5) Selector to reverse bowl movement.
(6) Stainless steel cover guard to keep security when working. It has emergency stop device, can stop automatically when open the guard net.
(7) Two-speed spiral motor, one- speed bowl motor.
(8) Electricity voltage and frequency can be adjusted depends on the different requests from different countries.
(9) Movement is transmitted by pulleys and V-belts,Belts are imported in United States-Gates.
(10) Bowl thrust roller.
(11) Setting of work time with automatic shift from 1st to 2nd speed.
