Reflow Oven
Reflow soldering technology is widely used in the field of electronic manufacturing. The components on the various boards used in our computers are soldered to the circuit board through this process. This PCB reflow oven machine has a heating circuit inside to heat air or nitrogen. When the temperature is high enough, blow it to the circuit board where the component has been attached, so that the solder on both sides of the component will melt and bond with the motherboard. The advantage of this process is that the temperature is easy to control, oxidation can be avoided during the welding process, and the manufacturing cost is easier to control. Stencil Printer

The solder printer machine is a device that prints solder paste onto the PCB board, and it is the device that has the greatest impact on the process and quality. It is generally composed of plate loading, solder paste, embossing, and circuit board transfer. The stencil printing machine's working principle is: first it fixes the circuit board to be printed on the printing positioning table, and then the solder paste or red glue is printed on the corresponding pad through the stencil by the left and right scrapers of the solder printer machine. The transfer station is input to the placement machine for automatic placement. The solder printer machine is a must-have product for the SMT assembly line, and the uniformity of printing affects the result of PCB board welding. Conveyor
The PCB conveyor is suitable for the connection between SMT production lines.
