Our CNC machine has a 4-axis swing head and an Oscillating knife cutting head. It can not only process different 3D surface carvings but also add a new vibration knife function. It is suitable for cutting soft materials such as MDF, hardwood, cotton, rubber sheets, and wood cutting and engraving. CNC knife cutting does not emit smoke or heat. It is a kind of safe cutting method.
The GDZ spindle (B axis) can be rotated by ±90 degrees and is suitable for side milling, drilling, cutting, and slot locking.
Oscillating Knife: Suitable for clothing, fabric toys, computer embroidery and cutting, handbags, shoes, plastics, advertising, packaging, industrial gifts, decals, models, decoration, construction, templates, and other industries
The welding structure adopts thick steel pipe high-temperature welding, with small deformation, good rigidity, and high strength. High precision, long service life, stable movement.
Three-axis adopts high-precision square guide rail; X and Y-axis adopt helical gear rack transmission, which is better than vertical gear rack, with fast speed, high efficiency, and low cost. The Z-axis adopts the Twain TBI ball screw, which has high precision, long life, and stable movement, ensuring the high precision of the machine.
