PCD Polishing Cutter For Acrylic Sheet
1.Introduction:
Acrylic polishing knife (milling cutter) of the polishing machine, used for acrylic plate highlight polishing and precision processing; the set of tools is generally composed of two rough knives and a fine milling cutter or a rough knife and a fine knife.
The cutting edge material of rough tools is polycrystalline diamond PCD; The cutting edge material of fine knives is generally single crystal diamond or PCD.
They can be installed in the diamond polishing machine, edging machine, CNC center (CNC), milling machine, and other equipment to complete rough and fine polishing of acrylic sheets once.
2.Application:Acrylic Fabrication,Exhibits cabinetry,Sign-making,Architectural Millwork,Art and crafts,and others.
