BD2G BD2F Carrier Roller Top Roller
Single Flange Carrier Roller and Double Flange Carrier Roller is applicable to special model of crawler type EXCAVATORS and BULLDOZERS from 0.8T to 100T. It is widely applied in BULLDOZERS and Excavator of CATERPILLAR,KOMATSU, HITACHI, KOBELCO , HYUNDAI and etc; The design of Double-Cone Sealing and Lubrications for life makes the Carrier Roller long life and perfect performance under any working condition; Hot Forging Roller Shell gains distinguishing inner material fiber flow distribution architecture; Differential-Type Hardening and Through-Type Hardening assure the depth under Heat Treating and the crack controlling.

The heat treatment automation line adopts advanced whole quenching techniques to manufacture the roller and it can meet the technical requirement of the roller. The controlling and inspecting to the production line are all fulfilled by computer system with advanced control mode and inspection method.
The flexible roller assembling line introduces multiple working stations. The rollers are automatically washed before assembling by the washer to guarantee the cleanness and sealing performance of the production.
