(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors) are one of the most important types of transistors used in modern electronics. They are used in a variety of applications including power supplies, motor controllers and switching regulators.
The working principle of the MOS transistor is mainly to control the flow of electric current by using the field effect. It has three poles: gate, drain, and source. By applying a voltage between the gate and the source, the current between the drain and the source can be controlled. MOS tubes can be used as circuit elements such as switches or amplifiers.
