MOSFET Supplier

MOSFET Supplier MOSFET MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors) are one of the most important types of transistors used in modern electronics. They are used in a variety of applications including power supplies, motor controllers and switching regulators. The working principle of the MOS transistor is mainly to control the flow of electric current by using the field effect. It has three poles: gate, drain, and source. By applying a voltage between the gate and the source, the current between the drain and the source can be controlled. MOS tubes can be used as circuit elements such as switches or amplifiers. Working Principle of a MOSFET A MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) is a voltage-controlled switch with three terminals: Gate (G), Drain (D), and Source (S). Applying voltage to the Gate creates an electric field that allows current to flow between Drain and Source. Removing the gate voltage stops the current (for enhancement-mode MOSFETs). N-channel MOSFETs conduct when the gate is positive relative to the source; P-channel MOSFETs conduct when the gate is negative.
