LG系列水冷式滚筒冷却床
水冷式滚筒冷却床是由滚筒，集砂罩、传动机构由电动机、减速器、三角胶带、齿轮组成。具备传动可靠，承载能力大、运行平稳、使用寿命长、结构紧凑、安装维护方便等结构特点。
水冷式滚筒冷却床利用型砂在输送过程中被滚筒内扬砂板按照特定角度翻转，轴流风机吹风及对滚筒进行了雨淋水冷来实现降温。轴流风机的吹风又有利于集尘。该机具有出砂量大，能耗小、降温可靠、除尘效果好、噪音低等显著特点，是冷却型砂的理想设备之。
