Dump Truck Tires
Ortec provides a variety of dump truck tires for sale in both bias and radial construction to its clients in open-pit mining and quarrying. The range of dump truck tyresincludes 14.00×24, 14.00×25, 16.00×25 in both radial and bias construction (TRA code E3 and E4) for the economic type of off-highway dump trucks (brands like LGMG, Tongly, Sinotruk, etc), and the 12.00R20 and 12.00R24 tires under UTMT pattern for tippers.
As the economic type of off-highway dump trucks are designed to withstand heavy load over smaller tire sizes, which means overloading in practice, Ortec ingeniously includes a series of designs including 5 layers of steel belts, strengthened carcass, the semi-circle bead bundle design, to tackle this problem. The Ortec UTR9 patterns are even designed to take 50% extra overloading. In addition, the dump truck tyres for sale have also to be faced with puncture, impacts, immature wear resulting from poor road maintenance, improper operations, etc.
Ortec, the China tire factory, has fully taken these complicated working conditions in consideration so as to build a thickened tread base under the tread and to apply newly designed and lengthened ply cords in the carcass part to increase its resistance to puncture and impacts, and to uses its exclusive compounds cope with the immature wear in some cases.
