ⅠProduct OverviewSingle screw is a new kind of pump following return mesh volumetric working principle,Website:, whose main components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed lining (stator).Due to the special geometry of those two components, a separate seal chamber is formed respectively, and the medium uniformly push and flow in axial direction, while internal flow rate is low, volume stays unchanged, pressure keeps stable, thus, there generates no vortex and agitation. The output pressure of pump at each stage is 0.6MPa, pump lift 60m (clear water), self-absorption height usually 6m, and applicable medium below 80℃ (up to 150℃ in case of special requirements).As the stator is manufactured by a variety of elastic materials, thus, the pump has some features that common pumps incompetent to while delivering high viscosity fluids and medium containing hard suspended particles or fiber, with its flow in direct proportion to rotate speed.Adopt coupling direct transmission, or use such devices as adjustable-speed motor, V-belt and gear box for speed change.Such pump has fewer parts, compact structure, small volume and easy maintenance, while the rotor and stator are its quick-wear parts, with simple structure and convenient for assembly and disassembly.
