Product Name：IH Stainless Steel Chemical Centrifugal PumpProduct Category： Chemical Pumpi. The Structural Features：The pump cover is rabbeted and fixed on the middle stand. It's clamped between the pump body and middle stand rabbet. The pump body is axial suction and radial discharge and it can be fixed on the base as it's stand supporting. The Suspension parts are rabbeted and fixed on the middle stand and they are also sustained on the base by the suspension stand. To simplify the installation and maintenance,Website:, we have extended the coupling. All the rotor components can be taken out for an overhaul by removing the connecters of coupling without disassembling the inlet and outlet connection pipe, the pump body or the motor. This is an international universal structural style.ii. The Direction of Rotation：With the extended coupling, the Pump is directly drove by the motor. The rotating direction of the pump is counter clockwise when view from motor end.iii. The Sealing Type：Packing Seal：There is a stuffing box within the Pump cover and it's sealed with soft packing. We can put water with certain pressure into the stuffing box, this can help to cool, lubricate and clean the sealingMechanical Seal：There are single end mechanical seal and double end mechanical seal. We can put water with certain pressure into annular seal space, this can help to flush and rub and also cool the two ends.Based on the customer requirements, the pump can be designed with packing seal or mechanical seal. It also can use sealed cavity dimension and other structured shaft sealing according to the demands, such as mechanical seal with corrugated pipe and Impeller seal. All this should meet the ISO3069 requirements. IH Stainless Steel Chemical Centrifugal Pump can deliver mediums with the temperature between -20℃～105℃.It also can deliver mediums from 20℃ to +280℃ after using the two-end Seal cooling device. This Pump can be used to deliver corrosive and pollutant aquiform mediums in various industries such as chemical industry, pharmacy, petroleum, metallurgic industry, electric power, papermaking, food, environmental protection, wastewater treatment and synthetic fibre.iiii.
