This product series has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise and reliable performance.II. Product Features 1. The pump is vertically structured. The diameters of inlet and outlet are the same, and they are in the same center line. Inlet and outlet can be installed in the pipeline as the valve. With compact appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment, it can be placed outdoors if added a protective cover. 2. An impeller is directly installed on extended shaft in motor. Short axial dimension, compact structure, and reasonable configuration of pump and motor bearings allow it to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by operation of pump, thus ensuring the smooth operation of pump and low vibration and noise. 3. Mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination is adopted in shaft seal. We use imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium refractory mechanical seal with carbide material and wear seal, and can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal. 4. Easy installation and maintenance: You do not need to open the pipeline system. As long as you remove the nuts on the base of pump body, you can pull out all rotor units. 5. It can run in series and parallel operation modes according to the need of flow and head. 6. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirement of piping layout.III. Main Uses: 1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transport of clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical natures similar to clear water. It can be used in cold and hot water circulation and pressurization as well as supporting equipment, such as industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire booster, long-distance transport, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathrooms and other warm and cold pressurized water cycle. The application temperature is T<80℃.2. IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (heat) circulation pump is widely used in: pumps for high temperature or hot water circulation, pressurization and transport in boiler andurban heating system circulation in the industries of energy, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, paper, as well as hotel and restaurant. The use temperature for IRG type is T<120℃, while that for Perot GRG is T<240℃. 3. IHG vertical pipeline chemical pump is used to convey corrosive liquids which do not contain solid particles and have a viscosity similar to water. It is applicable to the fields such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgical, power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber. The application temperature is 20℃ ~ 120℃. 4. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products. The temperature of transported medium is -20℃ ~ 120℃.IV. Working Conditions: 1. Suction pressure ≤1. 0MPa or maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6MPa, namely, pressure of pump suction inlet + pump head ≤1.6MPa. Hydrostatic test pump pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify system working pressure when ordering the product. Please notify us when ordering the product if working pressure of pump system is higher than 1.6MPa, so that we use steel material to manufacture pump flow part and coupling part. 2. Environmental temperature <40℃, and relative humidity <95%. 3. The content of solid particles contained in transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume and particle size <0.2mm.Note: Please notify us when you order the product if there are small particles in conveyance medium, so that the manufacturer uses wear-resistant mechanical seal.V.
