There are two power supply frequency, quenching with 400KHz.Quenching machine tool is composed of the storage silos, feeding mechanism and a pair of co-rotating sticks. Quenching and tempering sensor is placed between two sticks with two fixed speed of 20mm / s and 200mm / s, three stepless adjusted speeds and two limited time devices.You can control the feed rate of the work piece and residence time’s length by setting. Quenching and tempering is carried out simultaneously. The whole process is controlled by the programming and non-contact switch, and quenching and tempering is completed continuously and automatically in one operation.
