Pipe Details:
Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes Insulated Pipelines are generally used for underground, building engineering where the site calls for delivery of hot water, steam and a range of other media that may be required.

Have a protective coat made from polyethylene of a high density with polyurethane thermal insulation filling the space between pipes.

The Main Pipe is an attested steel pipe according to norm PN-EN 253.
Seamless Pipe:
The certified seamless pipe is manufactured under accordance to EN 10216-2 and made with P235GH material.
Seamed/Welded Pipes:
The certified seamed pipe is manufactured under accordance to EN 10217-1, EN 10217-2 (both ≤323.9mm) or EN 10217-2 (>323.9mm) and made with P235TRI, P235TR2, P235GH (≤323.9mm) or P235GH (>323.9mm). Also, for all diameters it is under accordance of EN 10217-5 and made with P235GH material.
When using the Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes Insulated Pipelines for a hot water service, the steel pipes are galvanized according to PN-EN 10240, PN-EN ISO 1461 standards.
