Q1:Are you a factory or a wholesaler?
A1: We are a manufacturer also a wholesaler with more than 10 years’ experience.
Q2: If I need samples, could you support?
A2: We can provide you free samples for check our quality at anytime, but the customers should be responsible for freight. It’s appreciated if you could send us your international express account for freight collect.
Q3: What’s your delivery time?
A3: For the delivery time, if you order our inventory products, we can delivery in 3 days; if out of our inventory, need 15~2o work days.
Q4: How do you charge mold fee?
A4: In case you need to open a new mold for your order, we will charge you reasonable mold cost according to the actual situation. But it will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certain amount.
Q5: How do you quote price? By the ton or by the meter?
A5: We normally quote the prices according to meter, we also could quote by the ton if clients request.
Q6: What’s your payment term?
A6: T/T 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be paid before shipment.
