BBQ Grill Mat

The barbecue grill cooking mats are coated with high-quality Teflon resin (DuPont Teflon Emulsion), producing various thicknesses of ultra-wide BBQ grill and bake mats. BBQ Teflon mat can cut to any shape or size as required.
Features Of Heat Resistant BBQ Grill Mat

Heat resistance: BBQ grill mat is an excellent heat resistance adhesive tapeand haslow temperature resistance, so it's also called heat resistant grill mat. It can withstand high temperature to 300℃ in a short time, and generally can be used continuously between 240℃~260℃. BBQ grill mat has remarkable thermal stability. Teflon adhesive tapeworks at freezing temperature without embrittlement and does not melt at high temperature.
Sliding property: The grill mat BBQ has low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load is sliding, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.
Moisture resistance: The surface of the BBQ grill pad does not stick to water and oil, and it is not easy to stick to the solution during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt, simply wipe it off. Short downtime, saving working hours and improving work efficiency.
Wear resistance: BBQ mat has excellent wear resistance under high load. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-sticking.
Corrosion resistance: The grill mat is hardly corroded by chemicals, and can withstand all strong acids (including aqua regia), strong oxidants, and reduction except molten alkali metals, fluorinated media, and sodium hydroxide above 300°C. The role of chemicals and various solvents can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion. It's a kind of reusable BBQ grill mat/sheet.
