Digital Isolators ICs
Digital Isolator Icadopt isolating CMOS to provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low-power consumption. Isolator data channels are independent and different models have different transmission directions with a withstand voltage rating of 3kVrms and the data rate from DC up to10Mbps. The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0V to 5.5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.
