Exothermic Welding Flux
Advantages
The current-carrying capacity of the welding head surface is almost the same as that of the metal conductor, with strong electrical conductivity. Experiments have proved that the rate of change of DC resistance ratio before and after welding is close to zero. This is incomparable to any traditional connection method.
Exothermic welding between metal conductors is high temperature fusion, forming an integrated permanent joint, very strong, not easy to break and damage.
The material of welding head is mainly copper, and the corrosion resistance is roughly the same as the same.
No need for professional staff, after simple training by professionals.
No external power supply or heat source is required when performing welding.
