Roller skin adopts the way of assembly fitting. If being worn out, roller skin should be changed again. Inside the hydraulicbriquetting machine, there is a buffering device. This device can make ball sockets always within adjustable scope. Generated by dynamo, power is delivered to reducer through V-shape belt.Through storing bin, raw materials are evenly delivered to the material hopper of hydraulic briquette machine. Then, being adjusted by the flashboard on hopper, raw materials are delivered to the distance between double rollers.

Double rollers run in small speed, but toward different orientations. Unit molding pressure of hydraulic briquetting machine changes from smaller to larger. At the center line of double roller, molding pressure reaches to the maximum. After materials pass through this line, molding pressure rapidly becomes smaller. Then, finished briquettes are successfully discharged out.
