What Are the Steps of Profile Extrusion?
The first step is to mix the raw materials and additives. The second step is to feed the mixed materials into the twin-screw feeder of the extruderthrough the loading machine. The raw materials are plasticized in the screw and barrel. The third step is to extrude the plasticized raw materials through the mold and then enter the calibration plates. The fourth step is vacuum calibration, the fifth step is cooling, the sixth step is traction, the seventh step is cutting, and finally stack the profile products.
