ShandongLuhai was founded in year 2008, which is a high-tech enterprise of producing drilling equipments and tools. Main products involve in well drilling, well cementing, well completion, and oil extraction, including more than ten series, hundreds of varieties of drilling equipment, accessories and tools. Especially, downhole motors, drilling pipes, collars, drilling bits and other core products obtain more than 20 national utility model patents. ShandongLuhai is also an integrated service enterprise of providing directional well, horizontal well and geothermal well drilling service in oil and gas industry.
The company covers an area of 18 acres and located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province in the Northeastern Region of China，with convenient travel distance to Beijing (40 mins by train), which is close to Manzhouli railway hub as well as Tianjin sea port. The company employs nearly 300 people, of which over 40% are professional and technical personnel having the national certificates. Since 2013, the company has been closely cooperated with China Petroleum University, Yangtze University, Shenyang University of Technology, Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering, CNPC Drilling Research Institute and many other scientific research institutes, to ensure the technical sophistication of products.
Through Luhai’s continuous efforts, the company established a set of standardized production quality control, inspection and testing management systems, having the international advanced testing tools and test equipments, which help Luhai to obtain API SPEC6A, API 7K, API 7-1, and API 5CT certifications, also ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environment system certification and ISO18001 occupational health and safety system certification.
As an excellent supplier for CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC, the average annual domestic business scale of Luhai reaches 35 million us dollars stably, the products are sold throughout main onshore and offshore oil fields in China. Especially with service bases set up in Sichuan Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield and Xinjiang Korla Oilfield, Luhai is able to provide 24/7 services close to all major oil fields.
After be listed on the stock market, Luhai expands product lines with strong financial arm, the Logging While Drilling (LWD) and drilling fluid treatment equipments get rapid development. Furthermore, Luhai managed to build solid cooperation with many foreign famous brand, some core components of Luhai products are switched to those international products which enhance Luhai to provide more stable quality and high efficiency products for our customers.
Luhai is keen to follow the internationalization strategy, and committed to improving our international operation and service capacity. Luhai has independent import and export authority, our products exported to more than 20 countries and regions. Luhai international service bases were established in the Middle East and America in 2011 and in 2014.
