For example, if using Gongdong Medical Mold Standard, as the standard of mold lifetime, 8 million Shots will be warranted, without charging customer any extra cost.
Stainless Steel such as 4Cr13 or 1.2085 steel be used in mold base, S136 or 1.2083ESR or super grade steel be used in mold core or cavity insert, mostly the flatnessof mold base be controlled within 0.01mm per 1meter length, Punch or Misumi mold standardized components be used, andhigh-quality level hot runner system be recommended to use.
