合金齿锯条侧磨机
河北邢台国旺机械设备制造有限公司根据客户反映：用带锯机制材过程中，遇到硬材、冻材和钉子多的木材，一般的锯条，一个小时不到，锯条就会损坏。根据这种情况，公司成立技术研发组，经过多番测试研究，新产品(MF4025合金齿锯恻磨机)终于试验成功，它的主要作用就是在原来的锯条上焊上合金增强锯条硬度，有了焊合金头的锯条进行侧磨，，即遇到上述情况，2天也不用换锯条，大大节省了人力、物力，提高了生产效率。有些客户担心费用很高，公司经过测试自制合金锯条，焊了合金头的锯条，只有不到30元/米的成本。
只要有了MF4025合金齿锯条侧磨机，就可以方便的使用合金锯条了。现在公司已开始批量生产、接受订货。
