Covering Flux
G-High refining slag is one of new auxiliary materials for steel makers. It can remove the sulfur to a great extent and effectively reduce the impurities in the molten steel. G-High refining slag is made from several refining agents after the process of full stirring and high temperature melting. Its main ingredient is low melting-point, easy to floating highly active calcium aluminate complex, 12CAO7AL2O3 taking up more than 90%. The active ingredient can react with sulfur in molten steel and absorb the impurities in molten steel and purify the molten steel. G-High refining slag can remove 60-80% sulfur in molten steel and fix the sulfur in liquid layer and avoids resulfurization.

The specifications can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers.
Application:
Add all at the bottom of the ladle before tapping. Or add 50% at the bottom of the ladle before tapping, and add the rest to the molten steel. The effect will be better if lime is also added. 1-3kg will be used for per ton of steel.
