Drum Paint Cap
Drum paint cap is a type of cap used during production of steel drum. Its main function is to prevent paint entering drum inside during drum painting process. It needs to be put into drum flange on drum top before painting, and be removed after steel drum comes out of the oven.
Due to the fact that drum paint cap is reusable, it is more cost effective compared with drum paint film. Furthermore, its installation and removal don't need special tools or equipment.

Tite seal drum closuresis made of premium cold rolled steel, with zinc plated surface. This allows it to be reused for a long time.

Size of drum paint cap is standardized and it could be used for any drum with standard 2 inch and 3/4 inch flanges. There is no thread design on the drum paint cap, which allows it to be installed or removed easily.

Taller cap design ensures it is able to store more excess paints and it is not easy to come out. These properties could reduce the chance of pollution of drums inside during the painting process.
