After this trial-produce, production manager will have a meeting with productiin line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention.3. Mass production start, unfinished-QA will do casual inspection and watch, to see if there is any irregular assembly problems.4. Watch head production finished, unfinished-QA do full inspection of them-check the functions and appearance of the watch heads.5. Water resistance of the watch heads-we test every single watch head's water resistance6. Assemble the straps to the watch heads7. Time acuracy test for 24hours at least8.
