In Today's Production Environment, We Often Need Bearings To Work Near Corrosive Chemicals; In Conditions Where Lubricants Can Not Protect Bearings From Corrosion; In Order To Be Ready To Use, No Anti-Rust Oil Is Applied On Ultra-Clean Bearings.
Standard 52100 Steel Can Not Meet The Requirements, Therefore, Zengkun Provides AISI 440C Stainless Steel Bearing Material Can Solve The Problem. The Steel Has A Hardness Of At Least 58HRC And Can Withstand The Same Load As 52100 Chromium Steel. Stainless Steel Thin-Walled Bearings Can Inhibit Surface Deterioration And Peeling Particleformation, Which Often Occurs In Harsh Working Environment.
We Can Manufacture Seven Open And Five Sealed Series Of Thin Section-Bearings Ranging In Bore Diameters From 1.000 Inch To 40.000 Inch. Series Range From.187 X .187 Inch To 1.000x 1.000 Inch In Cross Section.
When Required, We Can Provide Internal Fit Up, Lubricants, Separators And Other Features To-Meet The Most Demanding Application Requirements.
