Polyurethane pipeline cleaning scrapersusually are made by one time casting in customized molds.Available maximum diameter can reach about 400mm with hardness around 75A to 90A.Thanks to the features of CPU like resistance to ageing,tearing and abrasion etc.The polyurethane pipeline cleaning scrapersare ideal products for broad range of applications and can be used repeatedly after simple cleaning. Due to the elasticity and moderate hardness,solid cast pigs are flexible and friendly to the inner surface of the pipes under pigging while powerful and tough to the attachments there.
