Being one of the three hardest materials in the world, the Boron carbide bulletproof ceramic owns the superior performance as bellowing, low density, high hardness, high modulus, high heat conductivity and high melting point, excellent wear resistance, high bending strength and fracture toughness, etc. and is becoming the best armor material nowadays. It is also widely used in heavy armor protection of aircraft, tanks, ships, large nuclear power plants as well as the protection of the human body, the medical system.
With the same performance , while the price of the pressure-less sintered boron carbide is much cheaper than the hot pressing boron carbide. So our boron carbide bulletproof ceramic has been warmly welcomed by the market since it was produced out successfully in 2016. Now we can do mass production of pressure-less sintered B4C with stable quality. Our annual production capacity is 60 ton at present.
