Antileak GA 01504 Expanded PTFE GasketPure PTFE Gasket is made by cutting PTFE stick, pipe and sheet into flat shape, v shape gasket or valve annulus. It has 100% PTFE structure. It can bear the most bitter chemical medium, and has good anti-creeping performance.
PTFE Envelope Gasket consists of asbestos, non-asbestos, rubber etc. cushion material having exposed surface covered with PTFE envelope. Depends on excellent corrosion resistance and compressive resilient, it is widely used in strong alkalis, cryogenic fluids, oxygen, chlorine gas and disallowable polluted medium etc.
Modified PTFE Gasket is PTFE gasket filled with special materials like fiberglass, carbon fiber, bronze powder, graphite, etc., to satisfy different application. It keeps the advantage of traditional PTFE and advoids its disadvantages such as creep relaxation.
Expanded PTFE gasket is a replacement of asbestos. It is anti-creeping, anti-cold-flow, anti-low-temperature. Under small pre-stress force, it can bear great internal pressure even in an environment of changing pressure.
