Titanium Dioxide TiO2 In Plastics & Masterbatch
It is a new kind of special dye used for polymer materials, also known as Pigment Preparation. Color masterbatch is mainly used in plastics. The Pigment is composed of three basic elements, pigments or dyes, carrier and additive. It is a group of super constant pigments that are uniformly loaded into the resin. They are called pigment concentration, so its pigmentation is higher than the Pigment itself. Processing with a small amount of color masterbatch and uncolored resin mixed, you can achieve the designed pigment concentration of colored resin or products.
