Chloromethyltriethoxysilane
SiSiB® PC5512 is an intermediate for Alfa-series functional organosilanes, like SiSiB® PC1711 (Phenyl amino methyl triethoxy silane), SiSiB® PC1800 (Diethyl amino methyl triethoxy silane) etc.
It is soluble in most organic solvent like alcohol, acetone, toluene, acetic ether and gasoline; it is not soluble in water.

Application
As for the use of silane chinaand siloxanes, SiSiB® PC5512 can be used as freezing agent of silicon sulfide rubber in normal temperature.
SiSiB® PC5512 can be used as a coupling agent to improve adhesion of organic resins to inorganic surfaces.
SiSiB® PC5512 can be used as an intermediate for Alfa-series functional organo silanes.
Packing and Storage
SiSiB® PC5512 is supplied in 200Kg steel drum.
In the unopened original container SiSiB® PC5512 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
