Product Description:
Thermal transfer powder coating is a transparent thermosetting powder coating primarily composed of saturated carboxyl polyester resin and TGIC curing agent. It is specifically designed for the application of base film spraying in thermal transfer technology. This coating offers excellent weather resistance. Through thermal transfer technology, a wide variety of appearance effects can be achieved on the surface of the base film, such as wood grain, marble patterns, and even photographic images that can be transferred and printed onto the coating surface. The transferred patterns are clear, with good penetration, minimal diffusion, excellent flexibility, and bend resistance. This makes it highly suitable for coating applications on aluminum profiles, metal furniture, security doors, and more.
