This product is made of polyester resin and epoxy resin as the main base materials, combining the excellent decorative properties, mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance of epoxy and polyester.

Application conditions
Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating
Coating: Suitable for high-voltage electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, fluidized bed dipping
Curing conditions:
140℃ at 30 minutes
180℃ at 15 minutes
200℃ at 10 Minutes
Can also be designed according to customer needs.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry, ventilated room below 30°C
Avoid direct sunlight
Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 6 months
Safety and health
- All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.
- No toxic gas is released during baking.
- Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
- Operators should wear dust masks.
- Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.
- Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
