The conditions that flame retardants should have:
High flame retardant efficiency, no or slightly lowering the original physical, mechanical and electrical properties of the flame-retarded material.
2. The flame retardant should match the decomposition temperature of the flame-retarded substrate and meet the processing conditions.
3. It has good thickness resistance.
4. Low migration, that is, it can maintain the flame retardant effect for a long time in the product and does not lose its effectiveness during the service life.
5. Good compatibility with the substrate resin and easy to disperse.
6. No pollution and low toxicity.
7. Reasonable price.
Product Advantages：
It is a new type of environmentally friendly scientific and technological innovation product, used in plastic powder/powder coatings, and a powder material with high-temperature flame retardant and fire-resistant functions.
The product belongs to micro/nano level materials, with stable crystal structure and golden particle size, and is easy to disperse and bind with resins, pigments, and metals.
Good thermal phase change property: favorable for latent dispersed resin, which melts and forms a secondary film after being heated above 330 ℃.
Has good chemical inertness, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, oxidation/reduction resistance, salt spray resistance, and electrochemical stability.
It is not only used as a functional filler, but also as a high-temperature carrier material/high-temperature adhesive/high-temperature inorganic resin.
The color of the product is pure white, and the dispersed resin material is conducive to color mixing and material coloring.
