It can be used for both Knitted and woven fabrics, such as T/C shirt, blanket, plush toys, dress fabrics etc;Linesoft WSN bring wonderful fluffy feel, softness, smoothness and resilience to fabrics, a balanced feel performance in all aspects;Linesoft WSN is much more softer & smooth than the traditional amino-modified silicone softeners;Excellent using safety and compound compatibility.

It typically provides great lubricity and soft hand-feel during the manufacture.Dosage:Linesoft WSN should be used during finishing, at a dosage level of 3-5 g/liter in the bath. Product performanceAfter treated with LINESOFT WSN, softness, smothness and fluffy feel of synthetic fiber, cotton fiber, polyester fleece and wool are showed in Table 1. All these parameters were tested by five professional techniques who have more than 20 years textile experience.As Table 1 showed that, LINESOFT WSN has greater softness, smoothness and fluffy grade than blank control. Compared with Magnasoft SRS(made by Momentive), LINESOFT WSN has equal fluffy grade, but even better smoothness and softness.StorageStore in a cool, dry and ventilated area away from sources of heat and oxides. For long-term storage, on the packing bag, pay attention to seal moisture after opening the packing bag. Shelf life: 12 months.Package190kg/drum or 200kg/drum (Package is according to customer request)
