The product is a ternary block functional silicone copolymer, which combines several chemical entities in one linear molecule (siloxane& polyamine & polyether copolymer). HYDROSOFT C-90 Oil is a new textile auxiliary agent designed to deliver a hydrophilic, soft, silky hand feel to all types of fabrics at lower dosage. Product performance HYDROSOFT C-90 Oil is much more softer & smooth than the traditional hydrophilic amino-modified silicone softeners. It should be used at a dosage level of 3-5 g/L (content of actual active ingredient) in the bath. Notes:1. The product can’t be mixed up with anion products.2. Recommended emulsifier is Lutensol TO-8EO or Super Emulsifier 408 (produced by Kefeng Chemical), it would be better to stir by anchor agitator when emulsify.3. Shelf life of the stock solution is 2 years.4. If test the product performance, efficacy should be observed after 24 hours. The softness rating is based on a scale of 1 to 8, with 8 being the softest. The wettabilityrate is measured in seconds. Wicking grade is valued in mm. According to AATCC Test Method 110-1995, the whiteness rating compares the percent reflectance after treatment to the percent reflectance of white standard, or control. The highernumber means whiter fabric.As Table 1 showed that, HYDROSOFT C-90 Oilhas great softness, wicking grade, wettability, and whiteness than blank control. Compared with MagnasoftDerMa NT (made by Momentive), HYDROSOFT C-90 Oil has slightly inferior wicking, but equal wettability and whiteness, even has greater softness. StorageProducts shall be ideally stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 8℃to 28℃ unless otherwise labeled. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range. To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.Package190kg/drum or 200kg/drum（Package is according to customer request）.
